CGA sets 24 December deadline for Curaçao supplier registration

Regulation

Curaçao’s Gaming Authority (CGA) says qualifying suppliers must meet its licensing and registration rules by 24 December 2026, when the LOK transition period ends. Locally established suppliers need a licence and registration; foreign suppliers must register, and CGA-licensed operators may not use unregistered suppliers. The registration process is expected to open in October 2026.

CGA-licensed operators must verify supplier registration before engaging qualifying providers after the deadline.
