Licences & markets · SectorWire deskSource published

Source: AGLC (Alberta) ·

Summary

Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis has published guidance setting out a dual registration process in which iGaming operators and suppliers must first register with AGLC before entering a commercial agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation. Suppliers must also certify technology and integrate with AGLC's central self-exclusion programme.

Why it matters

Alberta entry requires AGLC registration, technology certification and self-exclusion integration before contracting with AiGC.
