Brightstar Lottery launches Cash Pop with Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation

Brightstar Lottery said Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation launched its Cash Pop draw game in Ontario on 26 October 2026, making OLG the first lottery in Canada to offer it. The company announced the launch.

Cash Pop has five daily draws and gives players several price points and the option to customise their play. Brightstar describes the game as using simple mechanics that let players create a personalised experience on each play.

Andrew Darley, Vice President Lottery Product at OLG, said the introduction of Brightstar's Cash Pop in Ontario lets OLG offer players a product already established in the market while continuing to expand and renew its games portfolio. Darley said OLG, as the first Canadian lottery to offer Cash Pop, is expanding player choice with a draw game that has unique features and continues to support Ontario communities.

Scott Gunn, Chief Operating Officer North America at Brightstar, said the company is introducing its proprietary Cash Pop game in Ontario through the partnership with OLG. Gunn said the game's format has drawn interest among players in several markets and that Brightstar is supporting OLG's work to offer lottery experiences.

Brightstar said the game model has already been tested and has shown an ability to engage players in the markets where it is available.
