Brightstar and Scientific Games secure 15-year São Paulo lottery concession

São Paulo Civil Police arrested three suspects on 13 October in an investigation into illegal online betting, financial fraud and money laundering. Police said courts authorised asset-blocking measures of up to R$154 million against six individuals and five companies; the investigation identified R$38.5 million in monitored bank transactions.
