Brazilian prosecutors identify ten more sites offering unauthorised Airplane Game

Enforcement & compliance

The Federal District and Territories Public Prosecutor’s Office identified ten additional websites offering the Airplane Game without federal authorisation and kept its civil inquiry open, according to the prosecutor’s order described in the report. Prosecutors said the inquiry examines whether the game’s creator supplies both authorised and illicit platforms; they ordered the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting to receive evidence of the sites.

The investigation could affect the game’s distribution and the regulatory treatment of unauthorised sites in Brazil.
