Brazil consumer secretariat investigates Spribe over Aviator distribution

Regulation

Brazil’s National Consumer Secretariat opened a preliminary investigation into Spribe OÜ on 14 July over consumer-protection rules in the betting market, the report said. Senacon asked the game developer about controls to prevent unauthorised operators from offering Aviator, removal measures, compliance policies and authorised distributors. Spribe has five calendar days to respond.

The inquiry puts suppliers’ controls over distribution by unauthorised operators under regulatory examination.
