Brazil’s SPA sets 7 October deadline for betting operators’ player-balance reports
Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA) set procedures for operators whose authorisations will end under Provisional Measure 1,394, according to a government order published on 2 October. Operators must report player wallet balances as at 5 October by 7 October, and complete regulatory, financial and reporting obligations by 15 December 2026. The order does not set a deadline for paying funds into players’ accounts.
