Brazil’s SPA authorises BPX Bets to operate three betting brands through 2029
Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets authorised BPX Bets Sports Group to offer fixed-odds sports betting and online games, under a decree published on 9 March, the authority’s notice said. The authorisation covers the Vaidebet, Betpix365 and Obabet brands, online and in-person, until 31 December 2029. It replaces an authorisation issued in March 2025 following a court order.
The authorisation confirms BPX Bets’ operating status and the covered brands, segments and channels in Brazil through 2029.
