BMM Testlabs said it had been approved and accredited as a testing and certification laboratory by Minas Gerais's official lottery regime in Brazil. The company said this is its fifth Brazilian jurisdiction for testing and certifying fixed-odds iGaming and sports betting products.
The accreditation enables BMM Testlabs to test and certify covered products for the Minas Gerais market.

Visualize said it completed its acquisition of eCOGRA after receiving customary regulatory approvals and clearances. The transaction, first announced on 30 June 2026, brings eCOGRA into the same platform as BMM Testlabs, which Visualize acquired earlier this year. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission says its regulations cover the permitting, transport, operation, relocation, modification and destruction of slot machines and other electronic gaming devices. Under 205 CMR 144.00, each slot machine must be tested and approved by a commission-certified independent laboratory before use on a gaming floor; the commission identifies GLI and BMM Testlabs as certified labs.
YesPlay announced the appointment of Tebogo Makamo as its chief executive in South Africa. Makamo has led CDP Gaming Technologies since 2015 and previously held roles in gaming technology, operations and compliance, the company said.
Visualize Group said it has agreed to acquire eCOGRA from Hanover Investors Management LLP. eCOGRA will continue under its current leadership, with CEO Will Shuckburgh remaining in charge. The transaction would add a digital-gaming testing and certification business to Visualize’s earlier investment in BMM Testlabs, whose acquisition was completed earlier in 2026.
