BetConstruct recently secured a B2B licence in Nigeria and expanded its services in West Africa, the company said. The report linked the move to a partnership with the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority but did not state the licence’s issuing authority.

Fanatics Sportsbook has secured a multi-year, non-exclusive sports betting partnership with the NFL, reportedly ahead of an expected announcement before the season opener. The agreement includes NFL media inventory, hospitality benefits and use of league and team intellectual property; financial terms were not disclosed.

Polymarket secured a multi-year agreement to become La Liga’s exclusive prediction-market partner in the US and Canada, the report said. The deal includes broadcast integrations, digital programming and fan experiences. The report also said Ontario’s securities regulator bars Polymarket from operating in the province until 2027 under a settlement agreement.
Reportedly, the MGA added Type 3 services to the B2B licence of Hacksaw’s HGMT Limited. The extension allows the supplier’s peer-to-peer prediction-market platform for operators. Type 3 covers games between participants, with the operator earning commissions or other charges rather than directly bearing the result risk.
The MGA has extended Hacksaw’s B2B supply licence to include Type 3 gaming services. The approval permits peer-to-peer prediction market services under Malta’s regulatory framework. Hacksaw also announced a new B2B platform for prediction markets.
