Fanatics Sportsbook has secured a multi-year, non-exclusive sports betting partnership with the NFL, reportedly ahead of an expected announcement before the season opener. The agreement includes NFL media inventory, hospitality benefits and use of league and team intellectual property; financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal gives Fanatics betting-related advertising and NFL intellectual-property rights across the US market.

Reportedly, the NFL has selected Fanatics Sportsbook as an official sportsbook partner. The league’s agreements with DraftKings, FanDuel and Caesars Sportsbook expired in March, leaving it without a partner in that category for more than four months.

Fanatics launched its Sports & Casino app in the United States on 2 September, combining sportsbook, online casino and prediction-market products, according to the company. The app uses one account and a shared FanCash balance, while available products change according to the customer’s location; the source says its sportsbook operates in 23 states and Washington, DC, and its casino in four states.
Nebraska voters are due to decide on Initiatives 440 and 441 on Tuesday, according to reports. Both measures must pass to authorise mobile sports betting through licensed racetrack casinos; the proposals set a 20% tax on gross gaming revenue and direct 70% of proceeds to property-tax relief.
