KSC automatically excludes people in collective debt settlement from gambling

Belgium's Gaming Commission (KSC) automatically adds people undergoing collective debt settlement to its EPIS exclusion list. The ban covers land-based and online casinos, gaming halls and betting, and ends when the settlement concludes; a debt mediator must correct an unrecorded end date.
Operators must apply the exclusion across casino, gaming-hall and betting channels until the debt settlement ends.
