BC Prosecution Service approves charges over alleged Saanich gambling house
British Columbia’s Prosecution Service approved charges against Bryan William Toth on 21 November over alleged offences connected to a gambling house in Saanich. Police said the investigation began in January 2024 and led to 14 arrests in August 2024; Toth surrendered on 26 November 2025 and was conditionally released until his next court appearance.
The charges show the legal consequences of operating an alleged illegal gambling house in British Columbia.
