ASPROMARE expects Canary Islands planning decree to take effect in 2026
ASPROMARE president Manuel Fernández Berciano said the Canary Islands’ Planning Decree could take effect in the first half of 2026. He said gaming-sector associations agreed regulatory amendments with the administration, and the decree was approved by the Canary Islands Gaming and Betting Commission; implementation would follow publication.
The decree would establish regulatory changes affecting gaming-machine and amusement-venue operators in the Canary Islands.
