Arkansas Racing Commission weighs DraftKings and FanDuel sportsbook applications

Licences & markets

DraftKings and FanDuel have applied to offer online sports betting in Arkansas through partnerships with licensed casino sportsbooks, according to state finance department spokesperson Scott Hardin. Any third-party deal requires Arkansas Racing Commission approval and must allocate at least 51% of revenue to the casino; commissioners could consider the applications on 26 February, but no review timetable is final.

The decision will determine whether two national operators can enter Arkansas under its casino-partnership rules.
