Arizona judge temporarily bars state gaming laws against Kalshi

Regulation

US District Judge Michael Liburdi temporarily barred Arizona from applying its gaming laws to Kalshi on 10 April. The temporary order limits Arizona’s enforcement against Kalshi while the court considers federal authority over event contracts.
