Argentine deputies propose gambling ban for child-support debtors
Argentine deputies Guillermo Michel and Marianela Marclay proposed a bill to bar people listed in a planned federal child-support debtor registry from casinos, bingo halls, betting agencies and authorised online gambling platforms. The proposal would extend the restrictions nationally; it has not been reported as approved.
Operators could face a federal access restriction if lawmakers approve the proposed registry and gambling ban.
