Tucumán lawmakers propose gambling restrictions for child-support debtors
Tucumán legislators Ricardo Bussi and Eduardo Verón Guerra introduced a bill proposing to bar people listed as child-support debtors from in-person and online gambling. The proposal would require operators to check registration status before admitting customers, opening accounts, accepting deposits, authorising bets or paying winnings; it has not been enacted.
If approved, the bill would require gambling operators in Tucumán to verify customers against the debtors register.
