AGCO outlines renewal and transfer rules for Ontario affiliate delivery licences

Licences & markets

Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) says Affiliate Delivery Licence holders must apply to renew before expiry; expired licences require a new application. Transfers require AGCO approval, and the proposed recipient must apply. The AGCO says transfers will not be approved in specified circumstances, including when the current licensee has a pending regulatory proceeding or outstanding monetary penalty.

Affiliate delivery businesses must meet renewal deadlines and transfer conditions to continue operating under a valid licence.
