AGCO explains Ontario application rules for room-service endorsement

Regulation

Source: AGCO (Ontario)

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) says holders of, or applicants for, a liquor sales licence can seek a room-service endorsement. It permits alcohol to be sold and delivered to overnight accommodation rooms adjacent to the licensed premises. There is no fee, and applicants must provide details of the hotels, motels or resorts covered.

The endorsement sets the conditions for licensed premises to sell and deliver alcohol to nearby guest rooms.
