Regulation

Italy’s Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) announced a revised PACG 3.2 communication protocol for licensed online gambling concessionaires, published on 8 May 2026. The update revises a payment-reversal code description and adds Fai 3 and Fai 4 to the game-type table; production access begins on 13 May, while WSDL and XSD files remain unchanged.

Concessionaires will need to use the updated protocol from its production-access date, although message structures remain unchanged.
