ADM sets limits on concessionaires’ virtual gaming accounts

Regulation

Italy’s ADM issued guidance to remote-gaming concessionaires restricting virtual gaming accounts to special-pool bets, production testing and technical-functional checks. Production testing allows up to five accounts per concession, excludes totalisator and jackpot games, and caps annual participation-right purchases at €3,000 per account and each bet or right at €3.

Remote-gaming concessionaires face specific account caps, transaction limits and restrictions on eligible games.
