Italy’s ADM extended the deadline for completing first-half 2026 audits to 31 July 2026 after accepting a request from As.Tro, the association said following its 8 June meeting. The meeting also covered financial-flow traceability, player-account rules, skill games and AGCOM advertising guidance.
Operators have until 31 July 2026 to complete the specified audits.

The US Supreme Court granted Kalshi a 30-day extension to respond to New Jersey’s petition, moving the deadline from 8 October to 9 November. New Jersey is seeking review of a Third Circuit decision concerning federal and state oversight of event and sports-event contracts. The court granted the extension without comment.
It was reported that PAGCOR extended its accreditation deadline for online gaming suppliers by two months, until September. Suppliers without accreditation face system shutdowns from October under the new licensing rules.
The Illinois Gaming Board authorised its administrator to give Bally's Chicago until 9 September 2027 to complete its permanent casino, extending the temporary venue's operating period. The Gambling Commission has extended the deadline for licensed operators in Britain to implement the second phase of deposit-limit requirements. From 30 September 2026, operators must offer gross deposit limits under the revised rules, including using that term only for gross limits and offering them over fixed time frames.
Reportedly, the UKGC has delayed the deadline for British betting companies to introduce new deposit limit policies. Operators have an additional three months to implement the changes.
