The board of the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit determined that JACO V.I.P. Limitada offers gambling through the website spinstar.bet without a licence under the Wet op de Kansspelen. The regulator ordered the company to stop and keep the unlicensed offer stopped, backed by a penalty payment order dated 20 August 2026. The company can object to the decision.
