Ksa imposes penalty on BetOranje operator over unlicensed gambling

The Dutch gambling authority Ksa has imposed a penalty on JACO V.I.P. Limitada for offering online gambling without a licence through SpinStar.bet, according to a decision published on 22 October 2026. The company must stop the breach within four weeks or pay €468,250 per week, up to a maximum of €936,500. The Ksa said Dutch players could register, deposit and gamble on the site, including via an ING bank account.
