- Mozambique sets online casino rules to take effect on 20 November
Mozambique’s online gambling regulation is due to take effect on 20 November, according to the published decree. It requires minimum share capital of MZN100 million, initial guarantees of MZN15 million and MZN10 million, and player-set deposit and betting limits before account activation. Operators must obtain a concession and operating licence before launching.
