- Indiana ATC requires endorsements for Type II gaming operations
Indiana’s Alcohol and Tobacco Commission says people conducting Type II gaming, or selling, distributing or manufacturing its games, must obtain an endorsement. The initial retailer fee is $250; renewal costs depend on the holder’s adjusted gross revenue for the previous year.
