Z.ro completes Paag payments acquisition and targets 35% of revenue from iGaming
Z.ro Global Payments completed its acquisition of Paag’s payments vertical in Brazil on 18 May, the company said. The acquired business processes more than 200 million transactions a year, and Z.ro expects gaming and betting to account for 35% of its revenue in the first year after integration, up from about 25%.
The acquisition adds a payments business processing more than 200 million annual transactions as Z.ro targets a larger gaming revenue share.
