Wisconsin legislature passes tribal-first mobile sports betting bill

Regulation

Wisconsin’s legislature passed a bill on 17 March 2026 to allow statewide mobile sports betting under a tribal-controlled model, according to reports. The bill still required the governor’s signature, according to the source.

The proposal could create a route for sportsbook companies to enter Wisconsin through partnerships with tribes.
