Vietnamese police target alleged gambling promotion network in Hanoi
Vietnamese police raided Super Thi Seo Media Services in Hanoi and arrested its chief executive, Pham Ngoc Manh, over alleged promotion of illegal gambling websites. Police said the network generated about VND3.7bn from promotions since the start of 2026; officers also found cash and assets, a savings account, computers and mobile phones.
The raid shows Vietnamese enforcement targeting alleged illegal gambling promotion networks and the businesses supporting them.
