Hanoi police open proceedings against agency accused of aiding illegal gambling
Hanoi police opened criminal proceedings against Super Thi Seo Media Services Co Ltd staff over alleged support for unlicensed gambling websites. Police said they seized more than VND7 billion in cash and cryptocurrency-derived assets, froze a VND3 billion account and estimated the agency earned about VND3.7 billion from promoting 22 sites since early 2026; the investigation continues.
The case puts agencies facilitating traffic to unlicensed gambling sites under criminal investigation in Vietnam.
