Veneto regional court upholds anti-mafia notice affecting public gambling concessionaire

Regulation

The Veneto Regional Administrative Court rejected a company’s challenge to an anti-mafia notice issued by the Prefecture of Venice, according to a report. The ruling leaves the anti-mafia notice in force for a company holding a public gambling concession.
