Valencian government bars new hospitality gaming-machine authorisations

Regulation

The Valencian government has approved a decree governing gambling activity in the region, reportedly ending the transitional moratorium on machine licences. It bars new authorisations for B machines in hospitality venues, except for replacements or renewals, and permits gambling venues to relocate only if they increase their distance from schools.
