Valencian draft decree sets out rules for type B machines and gambling exclusions
A lawyer for ASVOMAR reviewed provisions in the Valencian government’s draft decree on gambling-sector planning, according to a report dated 31 March 2026. The draft covers type B machine permissions, removal of authorised premises and the validity of entries in the register of people excluded from gambling. The report says submissions may be made within 15 days from 30 March.
The draft could affect venue authorisations, machine operations and the duration of gambling-exclusion registrations in Valencia.
