The UK Gambling Commission lifted the suspension of Spribe OÜ’s licence on 30 March 2026, allowing it to provide gambling facilities under its gambling software licence. The suspension, imposed on 30 October 2025, followed a breach of hosting requirements, according to the regulator; Spribe had said its technical setup caused the issue.
The decision allows Spribe to resume supplying gambling facilities under its UK software licence.

Curaçao’s Court of First Instance invalidated two trademark registrations held by Aviator LLC on 25 May 2026, according to a media report. The court ruled in Spribe’s favour after Aviator LLC did not appear, and ordered it to pay legal costs of just over Cg 2,196 (€1,063); the decision was corrected four days later for clerical errors.
Brazil’s National Consumer Secretariat opened a preliminary investigation into Spribe OÜ on 14 July over consumer-protection rules in the betting market, the report said. Senacon asked the game developer about controls to prevent unauthorised operators from offering Aviator, removal measures, compliance policies and authorised distributors. Spribe has five calendar days to respond.
Brazilian enforcement actions against online betting games have raised concerns about coordination with the market’s developing rules. A Public Prosecutor’s Office investigation found indications that Spribe’s Aviator was available on authorised platforms and unlicensed sites; industry representatives questioned why other providers were not similarly prioritised.
A federal court in Brasília has revoked a preliminary injunction granted to Spribe and provisionally suspended the legal effects of its AVIATOR trademark registration in Brazil. The court also ordered Spribe to refrain from claiming exclusivity based on that registration until the federal invalidation proceeding is resolved.
