Curaçao court invalidates two Aviator LLC trademark registrations

Regulation

Curaçao’s Court of First Instance invalidated two trademark registrations held by Aviator LLC on 25 May 2026, according to a media report. The court ruled in Spribe’s favour after Aviator LLC did not appear, and ordered it to pay legal costs of just over Cg 2,196 (€1,063); the decision was corrected four days later for clerical errors.

Aviator LLC’s invalidated Curaçao registrations alter its intellectual-property position in the dispute with Spribe.
