Tucumán lawmakers propose gambling restrictions for child-support debtors
Legislators Ricardo Bussi and Eduardo Verón Guerra introduced a bill in Tucumán that would bar people listed as child-support debtors from casinos, bingo halls and online gambling accounts. The proposal would also allow the preventive freezing of detected funds, winnings and prizes, with the matter reported to the relevant court.
If passed, the proposal would impose new access and funds restrictions on gambling operators in Tucumán.
