TRF3 suspends Stake’s temporary operating protection in Brazil

Regulation

The president of Brazil’s Federal Regional Court of the 3rd Region (TRF3), federal judge Johonsom Di Salvo, suspended an injunction that had allowed Stake to continue operating temporarily in Brazil. The ruling restores the effects of Provisional Measure 1.394/2026, which requires fixed-odds betting platforms to cease activity; the suspension lasts until Stake’s case is final or the court presidency issues another decision.

The ruling removes Stake’s temporary judicial protection and restores the measure requiring fixed-odds betting platforms to cease operations.
