Regulation

A TRF-3 judge provisionally restored CDA Gaming’s authorisation to operate in Brazil, reportedly ruling that MP 1.394 could not terminate it before a final judgment. The order allows Betsul, Casa de Apostas and Jogo Online to resume operations and requires restoration of the services needed to operate.

The order allows CDA Gaming’s three brands to operate while the court case continues.
