Livia Troise, director of innovation at Casa de Apostas, described how in-play odds are recalculated within seconds after events such as goals, red cards and substitutions, in an interview with Insider Sport. She said red cards are the hardest moment to price because they permanently change the match structure. Troise also said operators must detect match-fixing and identify at-risk players as odds move.
