Tinubu declines assent to Central Gaming Bill in Nigeria

Regulation

Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu declined to sign the Central Gaming Bill, saying gaming and lottery regulation falls within state legislative authority. The decision leaves operators subject to state-level gaming and lottery regulation rather than the proposed federal framework.
