Sportradar reported revenue of €362.5m for the three months to 30 September, up 24% year on year. The company said growth in revenue from its Betting Technology & Solutions business, up 27%, drove the overall increase in the third quarter of 2026.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 21% to €102m. Net profit improved by 43%.
Revenue at Betting Technology & Solutions was up 27% to €296.7m. Within that, revenue from betting and gaming content showed a 37% rise to €242m. The company linked that rise to the IMG Arena acquisition of last November. A 3% decline in managed betting services revenue to €54.7m partially offset the growth. According to Sportradar, lower trading margins, due to unfavourable sport outcomes, cancelled out higher turnover.
Revenue in the Sports Content, Technology & Services division rose 11% to €65.8m. Marketing and media services revenue rose 15% to €50.7m. Integrity services revenue rose 16% to €4.8m, while sports performance revenue fell 8% to €10.3m.
Revenue in the US rose 47% to €98m. Revenue from other markets around the world increased 17% to €264.5m.
Sports media rights, the main outgoing, rose 54%, as costs increased in several areas. Pre-tax profit increased 14% to €33.1m, as revenue growth helped offset higher costs. Income tax payments of €6.1m left a profit of €27m, 20% higher year-on-year. Net profit for the quarter, once foreign currency translation adjustment was counted, reached €28.2m, up 43%.
Year-to-date, total revenue was up 18% at €1.09bn and adjusted EBITDA climbed 20% to €244.5m. Pre-tax profit dropped 80% to €24.4m, with higher spending during the year and higher financial income in 2025 cited as factors. Profit for the period fell 82%, to €17.2m. Net profit for nine months, after foreign currency translation adjustment, was €19.2m, 75% lower than last year's €76.4m.
Sportradar maintained the guidance it issued after Q2. That guidance had reduced the full-year outlook, with revenue and adjusted EBITDA downgraded from earlier figures. Revenue is expected to grow 19% to 21% on a constant currency basis. At current foreign currency rates, revenue should range between €1.52bn and €1.53bn. Adjusted EBITDA growth is expected to range from 24% to 27% on a constant currency basis. On that basis, adjusted EBITDA is likely to be in a range of €360m to €368m.
Sportradar CEO Carsten Koerl attributed the performance to strong demand for premium content, data and technology solutions, plus further monetisation of acquired IMG ARENA rights and contributions from prediction markets. Koerl said audiences now follow sport on a wider range of platforms, which enlarges the company's addressable market and raises demand for its products and solutions.
