Sportradar will appoint Sameer Deen, an Entain executive, as its chief operating officer next month, according to a report. The report also says Sportradar’s first-quarter revenue rose 11% and it recorded a €6m loss amid foreign-exchange headwinds.
Deen’s move changes the senior leadership of a sports betting supplier.

The World Gaming and Betting Alliance has selected former European Gaming and Betting Association secretary general Maarten Haijer to lead the new global gambling body as director general. The organisation is due to hold its formal launch in Geneva in November, alongside publication of its first report; Bet365, Entain, Flutter Entertainment and FDJ United are listed as members.
White Hat Gaming appointed Leon Thomas as chief commercial officer on 29 September 2026, the company said. Thomas previously held senior roles at Hard Rock Digital, Entain, Microgaming and IWG, and most recently led Hard Rock Digital’s international expansion as vice-president.
Gaming Laboratories International appointed former Entain chief executive Gavin Isaacs to an advisory board position, according to the report dated 28 September 2026. He will serve alongside president and chief executive James Maida; the report also notes that CVC became the testing lab’s first outside investor months earlier.
Gavin Isaacs has joined GLI’s board in an advisory role, according to the headline. He stepped down as Entain chief executive last year after five months, the report said.
Midnite appointed Anthony Ladislaus as general manager for its Gibraltar operations, reportedly. He had spent almost eight years at Entain, the parent company of Ladbrokes and Coral.
