Spinomenal launched its games with Entain in Germany and Austria on 6 May 2026, the companies said. Entain will distribute the content through Pariplay’s Fusion platform, including to players using brands such as bwin. The companies described the rollout as the first phase of a wider multi-market collaboration.
The agreement gives Entain customers in two regulated markets access to Spinomenal games.

Entain chief executive Stella David said the company expects Brazil’s online gambling market to reopen in some form and plans to return with Sportingbet. She said the brand would be positioned for a sports-only market, while Entain would take a cautious approach to investment; Brazil NGR fell 36% year on year in Q3.
