Spain’s Council of State endorses joint online gambling deposit limits
Spain’s Council of State issued opinion 300/2026 on a draft royal decree that would introduce combined deposit limits for online gamblers. The proposal would have the DGOJ oversee total deposits across a player’s accounts with different operators; the report says approval and publication could follow in the coming days.
If adopted, operators would need to account for customers’ deposits across their separate online gambling accounts.
