Sorte Online directs part of Mega-Sena campaign revenue to cancer charity

Deals & M&A2 min read

In brief

  • The estimated Mega-Sena prize is R$320m during Caixa's five-draw Mega Semana, running until 30 October.
  • Pool-share buyers in three, four or five contests receive bonuses of 5%, 7% or 10% respectively, cumulative with cashback.

Sorte Online said it will direct part of the revenue from bets and pool shares placed on its platform during the October Rosa campaign to the Vilma Kano Association, a non-profit that supports cancer patients. The contribution will be transferred to the organisation after the campaign ends, according to a statement from the company.

The campaign runs alongside the Mega Semana da Mega-Sena held by Caixa Econômica Federal, which runs until Friday 30 October with five consecutive draws, contests 3075 to 3079, from Monday to Friday in place of the regular schedule. The first draw took place on Monday 26 October 2026, with the numbers 07, 10, 14, 27, 36 and 55; the Tuesday 27 October draw produced 06, 30, 32, 38, 49 and 57. Each day brings a new independent contest.

The estimated accumulated prize is R$320m, described in the source as the second-largest of the year behind only the Mega da Virada and the largest regular amount of 2026 so far. A simple bet costs R$6, draws take place at 21:00 Brasília time, and the odds and prize tiers are unchanged.

Diego Dantas, CMO of Sorte Online, said the company wants to help give visibility to the importance of prevention and early diagnosis of breast cancer and to support the Vilma Kano Association's work with people affected by the disease. He said the contribution comes from revenue generated by intermediating pool shares and bets on the platform during the campaign and is passed to the organisation after the campaign closes.

Customers who buy pool shares in three different contests receive a 5% bonus on the total spent on eligible purchases, the bonus rises to 7% for four contests and to 10% for all five contests, and the benefit is cumulative with Sorte Online's cashback under each programme's own rules, Dantas said. The Vilma Kano Association, founded by the artist Vilma Kano, provides free support, shelter and art and culture workshops for patients undergoing cancer treatment and their families.

Sorte Online was founded in 2003 and describes itself as a pioneer in digital intermediation of bets on official Brazilian lotteries. The platform says it has intermediated the transfer of more than R$280m in prizes to bettors across the country.
