SOFTSWISS reports threefold sportsbook activity during 2026 World Cup
SOFTSWISS said activity on its sportsbook platform tripled during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Its preliminary estimate put global tournament betting at about USD 210 billion, nearly twice the 2022 volume. The company also reported that pre-match wagers accounted for about 57% of its platform's betting volume during the tournament, compared with a usual 20%.
