SOFTSWISS adds Notification Center to its casino platform

SOFTSWISS has introduced an in-platform Notification Center for its Casino Platform, according to the company. The desktop and mobile feature stores player messages and supports promotional, operational, security and compliance communications; SOFTSWISS expects it to increase deposit attempts and gross gaming revenue within three months of launch.

The feature gives casino operators another channel for player communications, including compliance messages.

SOFTSWISS forecasts North American online gambling GGR will reach $76.6bn in 2028, compared with $58.1bn in 2026. Its iGaming Trends 2027 report projects North America will grow faster than other major online gambling markets through 2028.

SOFTSWISS has forecast that online gambling gross gaming revenue in North America will reach $76.6bn in 2028, up from $58.1bn in 2026, according to its iGaming Trends 2027 report. The company projects a 15% compound annual growth rate for the region over the period, the report said.
