Sebrae survey finds 66% of small-business owners back Brazil betting ban
A Sebrae survey found that 66% of owners of micro and small businesses support banning betting in Brazil. It also found that 26% of respondents linked online betting to lower business revenue over the previous 12 months, while 48% identified at least one consumer-behaviour change they associated with betting. Sebrae said the survey covered 1,028 business representatives.
Surveyed small-business owners widely backed a betting ban, with respondents also associating betting with lower revenue and consumer-behaviour changes.
