River Cree selects GiG for Alberta online casino and sports betting platform

River Cree Resort & Casino selected Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) to support its planned online gambling expansion in Alberta, according to the companies’ reported announcement. GiG will provide casino and sports betting technology, a mobile app and related platform services. River Cree registered with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis earlier in 2026, but online play has not started.

GiG will supply technology and platform services for River Cree’s planned Alberta online casino and sports betting expansion.
